Participants must first reflect on their lived experiences to determine their strengths and develop the confidence to no longer feel like higher paying jobs are unattainable. Participants will learn tools to maintain the life long process of reflection even after the program ends.

AGENCY

Often participants are stuck because they do not know where to go or or only given one option. Participants will hear from experts in the field and learn about all of the ways one can make a higher wage. Ultimately the where and how is up to the participant.

PROFESSIONAL

COMMUNITY

Finding a better job is as much about who you know as what you know. Every step of the way, participants will have the opportunity to develop a professional community amongst their peers and the guests from the field.
